Are they trying to actually win? Are they experimenting with what they got? Is their goal to joyride the season or try to make that 7th or 8th spot?

They've lost to some pretty poor teams this year thus far.... 6ers, Brooklyn.... and they've had some okay wins, but is the coach trying to get W's now or rebuilding?

It's rather hard to figure out. In my opinion, coach is going for wins and playing his veterans, most of whom are good role players at best. We're certainly not making a serious effort at rebuilding, if by "rebuilding" you mean playing young players at the cost of some wins.
