I'm gonna need Malone to tell Jamal Murray (and the team) that he is actually playing the point tonight, stop deferring to Will Barton out there, he's not a PG and he will turn it over a lot out there, pretending to be one. I know he's a rook, but you can see him still deferring.

Murray's got the PG skills, time to show he can run an offense !

Instead of taking the semi open shot he takes a dribble TOWARDS TOWNS. He's gotta go.

I Can't believe Malone drawn plays for Nelson at the end of the game

Jokic should have been more utilized in the post against Towns , and even if your star player is struggling a bit at the times , you have to let him play through it, he only played 27 min tonight , also no minutes at all for Nurkic tonight

This loss is solely on Malone, tonight's game was winnable .

I see a common theme in all of the above posts - Nelson.
Speaking of Nelson: Nuggets have too many defenders that get caught spectating. Tonight it seemed like Barton & Nelson were guilty all too often.
Was anyone surprised that the next-to-the-last play involved Nelson dribbling all the time out before taking a shot? That's the most predictable end of a game play the Nuggets have. Worse than that; Nelson was 0-3 from 3pt range on the night. Sounds like he was not having a good shooting night but he got the last two shots.
Who had the worst +/-? Nelson! Who had the best +/-? Murray!
Why did Gallinari pass in the last shot? He's probably the most experienced Nugget when it comes to hitting a last-second shot.
The Nuggets seem to not be aware of mis-matches, especially when a guard has a big on the outside.
Is Murray a better PG than SG?
