Much of what I have complained about is in this article.
Malone has gone back to the Jokic-Nurkic offense which didn't work and it still doesn't work with Jokic-Millsap.
Millsap can play a similar role to what Gallinari did and things should work just fine.
Chandler will get the shots he prefers. Murray & Harris & Mudiay will be freed up to move more.
And for pity's sake, let's pick up the pace. The Nuggets are running much less often than they did last year.

However, our defense has also improved. It would be cause for alarm if the offense dipped and the defense stayed the same as last year.

Hmm, starting out in 9th place in the west, predominantly against teams that should have been wins - if that isn't "cause for alarm", let's call it at least "call for concern". Right about now, I'd be OK to go back to being the best offense in the league and the worst defense, at least then we won a higher percentage of games.

Wow, thought this was a Broncos thread....guess there's a trend going on in DEN. Hoping it's just a chemistry thing, seems the Nuggets starting five ALL have slow starts. Good thing Mudiay is ready to lite things up when he come in

The Broncos' offense is pathetic. The Nuggets' is meh so far, but much better than pathetic.
