Bret Bearup passed away this week, unknown causes so far.

For those that do not know, he was Stan Kroenke's right hand man for a long time and was a known power broker in the NBA prior to working for the Nuggets. He is said to be the man who got many great trades done throughout much of the Kroenke reign as owners of the Nuggets. May he rest in peace.

I was surprised at how young he was, dude was only 56, RIP Bear !
