AT this point Barton is missed badly for this Denver team. Everyone is talking about Jokic not being aggressive enough but that is not a problem, Jokic can be aggressive and put 37 points and Nuggets would still lose because others will be frozen out and Nuggets are becoming too predictable offensively. If Denver wants to come out from what looks like is a loosing streak they need to strengthen the D , I am talking about Denver guards, they must do more defensively.

For when is "WillTheThrill" expected to return, anyone?

P.S. In Serbia rumors are spreading that Jokic is about to quit playing for national team FOREVER. I hope this is not truth. Jokic is still young, he is wrong if he thinks he does not need NT anymore. On the opposite and after-all NT needs him badly. I hope Nikola will confute these stories ASAP. If it is true I expect a big downfall in his career.

Sound more like an hateful wish than a reasonable prognostication.

As for the rest of your post, I can see that as a reasonable evaluation.

It will be but only after his decision becomes official and we hear it from him, thus far, so far we can only hear some ex basketball stars in Serbia and some other people putting words in Jokic mouth.

Pretty childish IMO. Even though I want my teams to win, I don't EXPECT every professional to play, especially after/before an 82_ game season, he deserves to rest his body for his vocation.

Well, so a man can't make his own decisions, he has an obligation. What exactly MUST you do for Serbia ?? Doesn't his NBA representation for Serbians everywhere count for anything ?? I get the NT loyalty, but this is 2018, freedom to choose abounds.

Barton is expected back anywhere from DEC to early JAN from what I've heard.

Murray off to a slow start again, Harris, Joker and the bench seem to be on track though. Harden hasn't gotten started so let's hope he's off tonight !1

Game is to physical for both teams standards, refs are loosing control as there are some high tensions on the court. This is why Harden scored only 2 points. Don't be surprised if refs start to whistle a lot more in the second half.

For him to be considered a shooter, Juancho doesn't take advantage of that skillset.

Barton should be back in the middle of the December, but he is arguably our least important starter. Losing back to back vs teams like Memphis and Brooklyn have nothing with Barton absence.

But the good news is that Houston is a team right now in even bigger problems than Nuggets. Very important game for both teams.

I don't like in 1st half Denver didn't better use fact that Harden is stopped, we lead only +1 because other 5 Houston players scored 8+ points. Great first half from Harris and Morris, and special credit to Malone who finally stopped with his bizarre experiment and gives Jokic 18+ minutes in the first half, instead of 15.

I don't understand one thing, if Houston is switching on everything why Denver has to do the same? You don't want to end up with Paul or Harden having a mismatch. I am not an expert but only explanation is that it is a conscious risk accepted or they can't get back to normal match-ups quickly enough as Houston is moving ball too good so they are afraid of giving them open 3pt shot.. BTW This Morris guy is a really positive surprise to me. So far this game has been game of switches let's see who will switch better.

And tough loss for Denver, sorry guys , I did cheered more for you than I did for Jokic individually. But Houston was better and Denver staff was outsmarted. Also officiating did not go in Denver favor at all. I don't agree with THE JOKER about Barton being the least important starter. It is time for me to switch off :-?

8th straight loss in Houston, Malone really has no clue how to stop the rockets as basically that is 2 totally different lineups since we last won there.

Only Morris was today above average, plus Harris in the 1st half when he stopped Harden.

Houston outplayed Denver in 3rd quarter 32-21 and that is the key. Losing vs League TOP10 (TOP5?) teams Houston and Milwaukee is not big deal, but we started this negative streak losing vs lottery teams Memphis and Brooklyn.
