Holiday - must be slowed down. Let the rest of the team try to beat us.

I was confused last game when I see SF-Craig replaced injured PG-Murray in starting lineup, and we started that game on the awful way, losing 1st quarter 16-30. Hoping Malone will not repeat the same mistake today and this time will put PG-Morris to replace Murray.

Without Davis-Randle-Mirotic, Pelicans are not any better than Phoenix without Booker or Atlanta without Prince, and we should win this routinely. But on a negative note, we already lose this season on the road games vs Phoenix without Booker or Hawks without Prince. So, we should not underestimate our opponent, and everything will be OK. I expecting January trend will continue with another lazy 1st half, but against such weak opponent, we should dominate even with 80% efforts.

Next home game, vs Houston, is must win for this team. The Rockets curse must be stopped. I hope Murray will back on Friday.

As usual in January, we lose once again 1st half. But how we playing 2nd halves this month, we will win this game. Morris 20+ game and Jokic TD would be nice to see.

Nice to get a win but not a very impressive game against a team missing most of their best players.

Barton looked like he looked at the end of last season tonight. Playing well off and on the ball while picking his spots and not hogging the ball. IF he plays like this the rest of the season than I am thinking we are going to be good at SF the rest of this season, which will allow Beasley to be the primary backup 2/3 and should get him 25+ minutes a game.

Jokic dominated that 2nd half again.

Morris looked amazing at starter, he is more than capable of being a starting PG when Murray is out, and it is about time Malone figured it out. I am going to be pissed if he or Beasley lose their minutes when Thomas gets healthy, they have more than earned their minutes.

Millsap looked a little better tonight, as did Harris (outside of his shot being off he was good on defense and getting open), can't help but think a lot of that was pulling Craig out of the starting lineup.

What happened to Lyles ability to score? I know he is a confidence player, but even after a very good game he seems to lose all confidence by the next one. We need to move him before VAnderbilt comes up and replaces him in the next few weeks.

It is crazy how good this team is, even with off nights and just bad shooting they are finding ways to win. IF/when it all clicks and we find a replacement for Lyles and stay healthy this team could be heading for a Nuggets record in wins.
