Hopefully Gary Harris is the one guarding Doncic tonight.

I expect a hot shooting night because last game everyone was struggling except for Gary.

Good test tonight, while I love our D, our O needs to step up tonight as well. Go Nuggets !!

Offense is what we need for sure - but I think the defense on Doncic will be more important - team defense.

Someone logically explain to me why Craig refused to foul Hardaway down 3 with 3 seconds left on the clock???

This game is exactly why we need to move Barton. He had a great scoring night, he was solid on defense, but our offense looks terrible. Then at the end of the game or halves his decision making is terrible and he seems to miss every shot he ever takes.

Every game this season so far we played with the fire, so loss as this will come soon or later. I don't like Murray and especially Jokic offensive passivity tonight with taking just a few shots (so Jokic loses for the first time in Denver after triple-double), but it is our praised bench who loses the game tonight.

When you are -3 three seconds left it makes some sense insist on the steal instead of free throws from opponent best FT shooter.

Played the most minutes and took the most shots out of everybody. The shots he was making were pretty wild too. I felt like Murray & Gary barely touched the ball this game because anytime they did they just shot it.

Y'all gotta stop talking about Will Barton in here. I tend to rant every time he is brought up lol.

9 Mavericks with 10-14 points --- our defense on individuals was fine - our team defense was not so good.
It seems like teams are learning that when they are at the 3pt line, the Nuggets will run right past them if they do a pump fake, that leaves them with a wide open shot or an easy drive to the bucket.

Our starters all scored double figures - our bench totaled 22 points (they need help - Dallas bench scored 59).

We only took 13 free throws - that usually means "not aggressive".

Very poor shooting night AGAIN ! Disappointed in Grant, he's shooting 10-29 this season, just 2-14 the last two games. We're still 3-1 which is a good start but that was a conference home game we should have won.

Too many fouls in this one and Plumlee can't make 2 FT's in a row to save his life, we missed too many from the stripe, 69% shooting from the entire team, REALLY ???

Also, great defense on Doncic and KP.....although everyone else shoot 50% or over :banghead: :banghead:

Not worried about this one, after all it's start of the season, heavy legs, still working on finding out their shoot, and also back to back. Good thing is we started winning road games, let's hope we stay above 50% with those, and other thing I want to see this year is us actually being competitive against HOU, last year they really did whatever they wanted when playing us, so that improvement would be nice this year. Some trades are must have, but don't think there will be anything before January atleast. We need more defensive oriented backup C that can shoot FT's above 70%..Is there one like that? Would Dedmon from SAC work? How could we get C like that?
