Nuggets need to bring their best game for four quarters.

McGee will be a nice challenge for Jokic. Jokic should be the better player, but if he doesn't get serious, McGee could be a problem. Boxing out for rebounds will be important.

Davis will be a major issue for Millsap.

Greeen's physicality will be tough for Barton.

Caldwell-Pope against Murray will be interesting.

LeBron will probably face Harris as his primary defender - major, major problem for Harris just because of size.

Bench play should favor us and we will need them.

I wish we had more of Coach Malone's "bulldog attitude". That man never gives up and never slows down.

Jokic slump continues. You can understand him looking bored vs teams like Memphis or Atlanta, but just one rebound and 3 points in whole first half vs Lakers is just shocking.

Whole last season Denver lost only 7 games at home, but this season we still didn't played 20 games but already lost 3 times at Pepsi Center. Credit ro Murray and Millsap for a good game, but also to Lakers lead by LBJ & AD which are better team tonight.

Lakers have excellent paint defense led by AD.

and watching Jokic with the ball about 6 feet from the basket with only Rondo between him and the bucket and he passes the ball out to the 3pt line without even looking at the basket :wavefinger:  :sigh:

Lakers- 30 FTA on 25 Nuggets fouls
Nuggets 17 FTA on 23 Lakers fouls
We know who was attacking the basket more.

Outrebounded 56-35 :football:

Barton had a poor night shooting but he made a serious effort on the defensive end - serious but ineffective, he's too small to play SF against the Lakers. :dontknow:

Millsap had a nice all-around game. :lift:

Murray needs to shoot more, especially if Jokic & Harris are going to combine for just 21 shots.

Bench gave us a nice boost in the first half, after a rather pedestrian start to the game. We really needed more help from the bench in the second half, but they were okay.

Was anyone else shocked to see Plumlee take a corner three? :eek2: :cowboy:
