So, another road loss because we overlook our competition ?

Another test - do we play our game or do we play to the level of the competition? There is no excuse to not win at least 3 quarters and allow our starters to sit most of the 4th quarter.

Harris, Murray and Grant look like they're taking the night off...pathetically shooting 6-23 in the half :banghead:

Where's the HEART ??

Getting easier to predict w/l with this team, they just really play down to their competition

Ridiculous record this season vs NBA bottom-5 teams, even at home. This is Malone loss.

Talent does not win games
Hustle is still necessary
Ever notice how few Nuggets dive for loose balls? You'll see a Nugget standing up with two Cavs on the ground - who gets the ball? Not Denver.

Malone is not a fan of zones and neither am I, but I thought maybe putting his team in a zone would make a difference because you have to hustle to play zone - and it worked, briefly. Cleveland won 3 of the 4 quarters and Denver did not deserve to win this game.

The Nuggets kept hoisting 3s and every announcer (and coach) will tell you that when you can't hit an outside shot, you need to drive to the basket to get an easy hoop and maybe then your shot will come back. 8 for 39 from 3 means you need to do something different.

Jokic gets a triple double when the team moves around on offense - but our guys have learned how to be spectators and watch Jokic pound the ball.

Our defense has plummeted lately and defense is all about hustle.

It's STUPID losses like this that drop us behind UTH in the standings, currently 6th in the standings. (until we won tonight vs. LAC)
