It seems to me that length will help against Houston. Tucker is short for a PF and McLemore is short for a SF - they are both 6'5". I think they'll have trouble matching up with Grant & Porter. I do like Craig starting this game on defense (and the aforementioned length will help on switches with Harden). Craig's backup for covering Harden might work well if Dozier covers him. His 7'1" wingspan is quite something. It'll be a real test for the rookie, but why not? Morris & Barton can matchup to Westbrook.

Here's to hoping Harden continues his 3-pt shooting, Capella is one we have to watch as well. We need to make Westbrook shoot from the outside as well, his game (at least against us) has excelled in the paint. Want to see Bol get some time with Plumlee out, just don't think Malone has the balls to do it.

I guess this is the last news you wanted to hear today:

Michael Porter Jr. ruled out vs. Rockets with back tightness

Okay, we lost but without 5 of our top nine players; that's understandable. It allowed us to see our deep bench. I enjoyed watching Beasley play 30 minutes and Dozier play 21 minutes and Hernangomez play 14. We even got to see Vanderbilt play 8 minutes and Cancar play 3 minutes.

Grant had a decent game with 17/7
and Craig had a nice 14/7.

Barton had a rough game but shooters run hot-and-cold. He did add 6 assists.

Of course I wish Jokic had more touches, but I always wish that. He had a solid 19-12-10 game.

Just my opinion but my top two "Nuggets stats" showed we didn't hustle enough. We only took 15 free throws. Did Capela intimidate? Plus we were out-rebounded by quite a bit - even on the offensive boards. Capela & Westbrook alone had 14 offensive boards and we only had 13 (Houston had 18 total).
