PHX put a hurting on the Rockets last night, out rebounding them 51-29. Liked the results last nite, don't want to see the same results tonight. With the hurt we put on them last game I expect us to come hard at them as they're on B2B tonight, home we take it to them again.

With MPJ, Plumlee, and Barton out, Millsap comeback is a huge thing for Nuggets today, despite I doubt he will play more than 20 minutes in this very first game.

Healthy Suns are a dangerous talented young team, but with another strong Jokic-Murray performance we are favorites to win for sure.

BTW Beasley and Juancho playing for Denver even as Wolves! Minnesota leads vs our #2 challenger Clippers 81-59 thanks to sensational Beasley debut (20pts, 6-9 for 3pt already in 1st half). Juancho is a starter too, as a defensive specialist who covers Kawhi.

Jokic started cold and lazy, and we are in trouble. But somehow in the last two minutes, we finished the half with 10-0 run and even take the lead.

Murray great, Jokic not so much but still on halfway from triple-double, the trade deadline is gone so Harris can start play again, and Bates-Diop already seems more useful than JV or Cancar.

If we back at #2 on West after this game, big credit to 23-10-4 Beasley and 14-1-3 Juancho (guarded Kawhi) too for big win vs Clippers.

Perfect 36-5-5 game from Murray, with 14-17 (including 6-8 for 3p). Jokic was a little bit out of gas, nothing wrong about 23-9-6 but opponent center has 28-19. Very helpful Millsap 12-11-4 double-double, and while we didn't stop their starting lineup, only one of their bench players scored more than 2 points, which is very important today.

Murray kills the suns whenever they play and Harris locks down booker whenever they play.

I'm surprised Denver's didn't post up jokic more, I think he scored every time he posted up.

Jamal Murray keeps proving my theory he plays great without Will Barton.... back to back 30 pieces.

We only won one quarter. Our "hustle" was sporadic at best, especially the starters. We were lucky their three-point shooting wasn't hitting. Once again, we basically played to the level of our competition and won at the end. I'd rather see us get a 10 point lead and then keep building on that.

Correction: we only lost the 1st quarter and won all the other!
The key moment was about 2 minutes left in 1st half when Suns lead 54-45 but can't score anymore, so we stole the momentum and take 54-55 lead at the halftime. Despite at any point we don't have double-digit lead (+9 at the end was our biggest lead), the result was under Nuggets control whole 2nd half.

Ayton had a big game against Jokic, but Jokic could have scored 40 on him if Denver didnt misused him again, every time he posted up against Ayton he would scored easily , also very little of pick and roll opportunists for Jokic in this game, too bad because his floaters are money every time , I know Murray was hot but still hurts eyes when Jokic is misused .
