An interesting choice - not sure how much difference anyone can make in that slot, but I think I like this choice.

I would have preferred they brought in an outside voice, someone that has not fallen in love with the entire roster. I don't know that it is a big deal either way, so I hope he does well.

I do appreciate loyalty, always have but I agree with Rebel here, an fresh set of eyes could have brought a new perspective

He might be full GM here soon, although I personally hope that Booth turns them down for his own sake. The reports that Vivek interferes all the time and the way they go through front office people I don't think it is a great job for his long term career.
