If we lose this one...
There is possibility that not all teams aill play 72 games because of Covid, if they keep postponing them, so we have to make every game count if its going by win%.. We could have more wins but smaller % and go to play in?

Cavs without Drummond and with injured Love and Nance jr is a bottom-3 team in the league, so this is a must-win game and the worst loss of the season if we lose.

We will win this anyway, but for me, the most interesting question is will Jamal Murray play once again like all-star when Will Barton is back. Murray averages 28-7-5 in games without Barton but just 18-4-4 in the rest of the season.

If Nuggets lose this one... Mike Malone's coaching career could be in jeopardy.

I'm a bit more bullish on Malone than others. But it's MPJ 2nd year an he still hasn't figured out how to incorporate him into the offense. While at the same time refusing to trade him for assets. Something's got to give.

- MPJ 21 points.
- Nuggets up by 19.

This is how we should play against underdogs all the time.

I guess a blowout win will prevent Murray and Porter from the monster game, but not Jokic from low-scoring triple-double. Small usage of Barton with smart shooting selection is exactly what we need from him as a starter.

Good to see Porter shooting confidence is back again.

Unfortunately, in this routine win we potentially lost for some time Green, and almost Porter too after that dirty McGee foul.

Looks like it. He's been playing very well the last 4 games.

I have no words now, I'm shocked that Malone didn't bench Murray and Jokic when Murray was 2 points away from a career-high 50p (for regular-season games) and Jokic one assist away from triple-double.

50 points and no free throw attempts. First player ever to do that. Thats pretty wild.

Prime example of what our Big 3 can do. Was disappointed with MPJ's lack of scoring in the 2nd half but him and Jokic deferring to the hot-hand sure paid off.

That is probably the better formula in winning games. Not the ones wherein Jokic already has 20+ pts at the half. Jokic scoring heavily usually means that he's taking matters into his own hands coz the others are struggling.

I don't want to be the party pooper but I am not really satisfied with Porter again. I mean, we know he can have outbursts. It's him being so inconsistent which feels like a problem and today it was exactly that. Very good first half and the second was pretty much bad. He just doesn't have a lot to offer when the shot isn't falling. Considering that he needs to be a way more consistent scorer!

"Inconsistent" is the key word but remember, he has played less than 82 NBA games after only 3 college games.

Porter played well in first half, he has to drive ro the basket more instead of taking over the hand 3pters that he usually takes, he has to wait for 3pter to come to him naturally, but that will come with more games under his belt..
