After winning 5 straight games Nuggets are clear favorites to win. But there are some clouds around our starting lineup tonight...

My predictions regarding our rotation tonight:

Jokic plays
Morris plays
Green does not play
Nnaji does not play CD
Harris does not play
Hampton is of course, ruled out

Who will be the primary defender against Doncic? Probably Murray, but maybe Morris? Will Dozier get the call to help with that assignment? Can we hold him below 28 pts & 8 rebounds & 9 assists? He's averaging more than that.

If the Nuggets don't make it a priority to stop Porzingis early and he gets hot, we could have serious problems.

Jokic and Barton got no help that entire half. Murray has to snap out his funk. Quick.

Malone is stubborn benching players after 2nd foul in 1st or 3rd foul in 2nd, so MPJ played only 5 minutes, and we lost the 1st half -11 despite we started the game with a 10-0 run. Mavs outrebounded us 25-17, that is why Porter is so missing in 1st half together with his scoring.

Murray struggle continues while Barton was good once again over expectations. I wish we can say the same for Millsap.

The third quarter is almost over and the Only Nuggets in double figures are Jokic and Barton.

Back to the bench for Millsap IMO, and perhaps a game or so for Murray when RJ gets back, his shooting touch is still on vacation.

With Murray in slump we are competitive today only when Porter is on court scoring 23 and 8 rebs in just 23 minutes. Why he played only 23 minutes? Because Malone acted like school teacher, not like coach, *punishing* him because of fast fouls (in reality punishing team).

Barton back-2-back shooting 5-10 for the threes, he should be focused on 3&D type of the game definitely.

Why are your announcers so bad? The drunk sounding dude is one of the biggest homers in the NBA. And said Kleber was a better 3 point shooter than Dirk, lol.

If hyping up a guy shooting 58% from 3 is the worst thing they did all night than they must not be too bad, there are still announcers out there that cannot even figure out Nurkic and Jokic are different people and on different teams.

So when did Murray piss off the league? He is being held, pushed, grabbed, and assaulted on every play and still cannot get foul calls. It is ridiculous that MPJ was on the bench for so long on basically touch fouls while Jokic and now Murray are being body checked every time they cross half court.

I think Millsap is done, maybe in the right matchups he is a difference maker but he looked like the worst player on the court for us last night, and that is saying something.

Anybody else notice how Marlowe kept pushing that Morris was out being the reason Millsap was starting? I know Harris isn't dead so that makes me think his injury is pretty damn serious again.

MPJ is just not good at keeping up with smaller guys, he isn't quick enough on defense. He needs to be at PF from now on.

This was a very bad loss, now Dallas owns the tie breaker over Denver . Back to back games can't be excuse for the loss, they head very long break and players should be fresh and rested, Denver is such a bad home team this season . Malone is showing again that he's the gutless coach , starting Millsap and playing him way too much , he finally found formula for this team "accidentally" and he's going back to whats not working, to pay the respect to washed up veteran :banghead: Murray is in some funk again , Morris was missed at least to get something out of the back court . Defense was horrible, Dallas was shooting open threes all night long. This team better win the next 4 home games.

Yes. And Dirk is a career 38% 3PT shooter, and Kleber is 37% for his career, buddy. Not to mention we're talking about a guy who is 11th all-time in made threes, won a 3PT contest, hit 8 threes in a game multiple times, was top 15th in made threes four seasons, and shot a lot of them contested, to a guy having his first career season shooting over 38% on wide open threes...

Goodness, how embarrassing. Mods ought to give you a strike for it.

He's shooting 47% from 3.

And no, far from the worst thing he said. When Luka complained about a blatant no call, he said Luka was whining and you'll see a lot of that all night. Funny coming from a homer announcer that whines constantly.

Doncic is getting all the calls and plus, unlike Jokic whos arms are always scratched like he's playing against the cats , and he's always fouls on the shot attempts , refs never called obvious and ones . Please don't compare Doncic treatment , he's the NBA's golden child and yes he's the biggest whiner in the league. Even when there is no foul committed on him he whines to refs.

Oh please, if Jokic and Murray got the calls Luka does they would both score 30 points a game.
