That does seem to be unlikely. Bones changes the possibilities here, so we will see.

In the last three seconds (literally) of the 1st quarter, Mavs scored 5 points, and Bones was injured. Apart from these 3 seconds, everything else was perfect in 1st half. Jokic is in MVP mode again, and special credit so far goes to Gordon and Morris, and factor-X is Bol Bol.

So, who is this "Bol Bol" guy Malone brought off the bench ???

Denver lead after 3 quarters, but the 2-14 start of the final quarter decided the winner. Several Nuggets players played very well in 1st half but only Joker in the 2nd, so we scored only 43 points (Dallas 62).

It is unfair to blame the bench when 3 starters are out vs the currently #3 team on the West.

So, SIXTEEN points from the bench, does anyone else see an issue with that ??

This was a schedule loss. Back to back games without 3 of the best 4 players, with Bones and Nnaji injured as well...and still the team was able to compete vs 3rd team in West.

Simply move on. Three days rest before hosting PHI

The injuries and schedule caught up to them. It's not a loss I would put a lot of stock into. But if Will Barton is going to be out for multiple weeks, that could be problematic
