Lillard missed 12 games so far, so healthy Portland is an arguably better team than their around .500 record says, but 19-3 at home Denver is the favorite against anybody on home soil. Denver is on a 13-game winning streak at home, so let's hope it will not break the team which prevents us from playing the conference final in the near past when we are the better team.

According to so far stats this season Portland's biggest weapon today should be... well, free throws, while Denver's biggest weapon should be... well, everything else

Being it's at home we should win but injuries are still lurking, hearing we're down to a 10-man squad so Good Luck Nuggies ! Lillard is averaging over 35pts per game for us and Nurkic is on a double-double spree so gonna take some effort to keep our home win streak in tact.

Coach Malone is out (for a while) in the Covid Safety Protocol.

Looks like Adelman is the interim coach.

Adelman can coach and made some good adjustments. The Nuggets looked great tonight. This guy has a future.

Call me boring because I complain against a man who achieved a 36p triple-double, but Jokic MUST take more shots in games he "can't miss the shot" - for the team's sake! He shot 13-14 tonight (93%) and scored 36 pts while leading scorers in today's games (4) with a good but not-so-awesome shooting night scored 44p with 60% (Lillard), 41p with 55% (Embiid), 36p with 42% (Keldon Johnson), 39p with 54%... If Jokic took enough shots today when he is this good he would be out already in 3rd quarter with 50+ points due blowout win.

You are never boring but with Jokic, you might get a superstar who just doesn't want to score at times. An aberration for sure. As he has said many times, he loves feeding the other players and dishing dimes. He just tied Larry Bird for triple doubles last night.

How many times have we seen Jokic just not shoot? Ironically, often when he doesn't shoot the Nuggets win anyway.

Denver was in control of this game from start to finish and looks to be on another level than we have seen before. Enjoy the ride.

Jokic feels like a susperstar who doesn't feel the NEED to score, not the want to not score. When the need arises, he can score at will but he also has the ability to control the game in other ways.
