Game 18 : Denver Nuggets (11-6) @ Los Angeles Clippers (7-8)

Away game, without Murray and Gordon, vs a strong opponent (especially individually), so this is literally the first game of the season where the opponent team is the favorite to win before the game! That would make the eventual win even sweeter and more special because the Nuggets so far underperformed on the road with a shockingly bad 1-6 record in the past 7 games (3-6 overall).

I didn't note that small detail
Maybe makes sense to rest Joker now when Denver can't beat a decent opponent on the road despite multiple Jokic Wilt-like numbers, so better be focused on home games until Murray (and Gordon) returns.

Looking like a SCHEDULED LOSS...Joker out, AG50 out and Murray out 3/5 of our starting lineup.

1st half was much better than expected, with Denver even leading at halftime. But I'm disappointed with MPJ and Braun tonight's mindset "We will lose this anyway" so old veterans Reggie and DeAndre steal the show.

Maybe Reggie and DeAndre just want to prove to their old team they still had some left in the tank

For as short-handed as we are, we're hanging tough, playing strong even with the bench. Reggie having the best game as a Nugget....seems like the BEST scheduled loss I've ever predicted

I criticized MPJ and Braun because of the "
this game is over before starts" tonight attitude but what to say about Harden and PG13?
Veteran Reggie with his best 2023 game 35-5-13 (FG 15-19) confirms again he still can be a starter in several NBA teams and former all-star DAJ with 21-13-5 (FG 8-11) showed on a sudden night he still at 35 can play a better game than the career-best Nnaji game. Credit to Watson and Strawther for their tonight roles, but this game showed once again our FO message that we need one another proven but cheap veteran before the trade deadline (or at least via buyout).
Probably *career-best* so far Malone's steal-win

Clips are a fricken MESS !! We beat them, IN LAC missing 3/5 of our starting lineup, poor performances from the other 2/5. Feels like they're in taank-mode but they've already traded away their 2024 1st.....fire sale coming !!

Clippers fans sound like they are jumping from the bridge over the loss. DJ and Reggie, how could you.
