We are playing on the road team that won 2024 West and right now has about the same W-L record as we have, but in reality, this is a "must-win" game: Doncic and Irving will not play! But that said, Jokic, Murray, and Gordon are questionable for today's game, so how bold the Nuggets are favorites vs the Mavs depends on the final look of our starting lineup.

Finally, the Nuggets roster is all-healthy, and we are facing Dallas without Luka and Kyrie.

And guess what? We started the game with 5-21!?

I guess we will still win despite the -15 at the end of the 1st quarter, but this is just the wrong attitude.

I have never believed in Malone's prep for each game, nor for his adjustments during games.
He once said he doesn't believe in adjusting his game plan based on the other team's lineup and while I believe he meant changing his starters, I wonder if he doesn't mean he doesn't adjust based on anything. He strikes me as a guy that believes his plan will work if everyone will just do what he says --- and then he sticks to his plan.

Seems we were down by 17pts TWICE and shut down DAL in the 4th to overcome the Mavs.....NICE !!
