2025 Draft (June 26)

Nuggets 1st round pick (#25) belongs to Orlando, while Phoenix owns our 2nd round pick (#52).

But we can trade someone on draft day, so stay tuned.

With our "new" FO, can't see anything happening on Wednesday, if we're lucky perhaps Thursday. That said, this seems like a weak draft to me, 2026 will be better

Well, IF we could get a high 2nd (CHA has 33 and 34, and there's a true SUCKER) guy I'd love to see is C Ryan Kalkbrenner. He's 7-2, 260lbs, good rim protector/shot-blocker, not huge on the offensive side but could fill a need for us.

Also, a name I heard on an internet site was Rocco Zikarsky, a 7-4, 260lb C out of Australia. This guy is a rim-protector too, but he can score . Looked him up and is likened to Andris Biesdrin (who remembers him ?).

With all the size the Northwest division has added, neither guy would hurt and who better to mentor them than Jokic.

Not surprising, Nuggets can do NOTHING in the draft, Booth decimated our asset cupboard but we do have some youth so develop. Bring on Free Agency and the Summer League.
