Stop overreacting to everything. We are 4 and a half games back from homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs we aren't your typical 8th seed lets see where we are in a month. Before we all start to think the sky is falling. All it takes is a winning streak and then everyone at BSPN will say we are contenders. They said Utah was the biggest disappointment of the year and now they are saying they may win the whole thing? This isn't your typical year, so stop treating it as such. Now im not saying we will go on a 18-3 tear but we aren't out of it no matter if we make a move or not but that is just my opinion.

Again who? I can not name a top playoff team the Nuggets can beat.

i know we sucked against the hornets but we really didn't show what we can same like the first game against the celtics and the suns.
i feel that we are the better team. the only and really this is the only team i'm scared of is LA. they are very dangerous and we still do the wrong job in only guarding kobe

But Don...
Denver have better team if we compare with last 10 years...but bro, this year, in special, after last month, all Denver rivals make NICE trades...
If you look today, Denver have the WORST "rosters" than all others 8/9 west teams. Okay, we have AI and Melo...but basketball team need more than! 2 superstars not solve our problem...
Nuggets need role players, need a nice bench, need a shooter, perimeter defender....
All west TOP10 team have a MONSTER improve this year...Nuggets stop last year, with Iverson trade....and now, loose Nene. It

artest would definitely not have guaranteed that we advanced to the second round... i think making a trade as a reaction to what other teams have done isn't the best way to go about it. we have to think about what is best for our team. maybe artest would have made us better but he certainly wouldn't have made us a championship contender and then all we'd have to show for it this summer is another hole in the roster.

I'm excited for the Nuggets the rest of the season for the following reasons.
1) I think they have a better chance of beating the Spurs this season than they did last season. kurt thomas is not the answer for them, imo. they traded away their best 3pt shooter in barry.
2) Nene apparently will be back shortly.
3) atkins is nearing a return as well. (who cares)
4) remember how we were all bitching that our team had no chemistry after the trade/suspensions last season? well I do, and I think that will make a huge difference for us. the teams that have won the championship the last several seasons have been teams that have had good chemistry resulting from a fairly stable roster. I am crossing my fingers and knocking on wood that Nene will return in shape and be the beast on the block that we need him to be. I also would like to watch Nene guard gasol and expose that skinny spaniard to be the softy that he is.
edit: the guy grows a beard and everyone thinks he's tough ****.

Just so you know who is responsible for not pulling the trigger, it is dough boy Karl. He passionately disagreed and stood up for his man Kleiza.
He definitely has something going for Klza, maybe he sees his son in him or something. He was so great in the playoffs last year don't you remember he scored what 11 pts in the series. Don't worry Kleiza will D up on Kobe... no problem!!!!, and then he stick his mug in T-Mac's face and disrupt him, then if needed he can shut down Stephen Jackson. Oh but he's a small forward you can't expect him to guard shooting guards. Okay...good to know we decided not to compete for a championship because of our backup small forward...aka Dough Boy Messiah. Don't get me wrong I like Kleiza too, but difference makers is what we need not backups. Looks like the pressure is on Nene and Atkins to make the difference. Really have we improved from last years playoff roster

I give Kmart and Nene a push but Blake was definitely better than Carter....so I guess the difference will be Kleiza's incredible development. Glad Karl saved us from mortgaging our future and allowed us hope in winning the chip....

1. Iverson - who knows if he can keep up his efficient offense in the playoffs.
2. Nene - the guy is going to come back from chemo ffs... people already think that he'll do what he did last season.
3. Anthony Carter - the guy who would get cut on other teams is ur starting player?? lmao... and he's going to be the one defending the 2 guards and is a freaking midget.
4. Linas Kleiza - I doubt he'll do what he does now in a playoff series. It would probably be the same old from last year.
A positive is that we get K-Mart this time around i guess.

so is that why we are spending 20 million on AI, to make the playoffs, last time i checked we got AI to take us to the next level not the 8th seed. Next level meaning championship. We have an opportunity to that at this trade deadline, and we go into the fetal position with an Edward Furlong scream. Why did we not just keep Andre Miller instead of pay 20 million for AI if we don't care about trying to sell out for a championship...it doesn't add up. The problem is that there are too many agendas in the FO-Kroenke, Karl, Warkentien, Chapman, neither one of them are on the same page...and way to listen to your star Melo when he is begging and pleading for Artest. We have had this hole at the guard spot for like 4-5 years now. When Miller was here we lacked a SG, now with AI we lack a PG or a SG, whose responsibility is it to get us the one piece we are lacking...oh well at least we will make the playoffs or will we?
