Two very very good games against the better teams of the West.

Team looking very good, most fans get their mojo back.

And pooft! Back to the same ol same ol inconsistent nuggets.

Make a change! Start JR damit

On the positive, the Nuggets play this way against the worst teams in the league.

if you haven't figured out...the nuggets are terrible on the end of back-to-backs.

I'd blame it on poor coaching and lack of effort.

Why is Anthony Carter still starting, he shouldn't ever see playing time on a potential playoff team yet he starts for us. So sad, would love to see a lineup of;

AI
JR
Melo
K-Mart
Nene

Sadly will probably never see that lineup ever start.

Anthony Carter is a better defender. He is the only true point guard in this Nuggets team.

Statistically, the Nuggets with JR Smith on the court concede less points than with AC on the court.

and JR actually has offense... that isnt a pass.

J.R. is a lot better defender than Carter, he atleast can stay in front of his man and he can atleast contest a shot. Carter can easily be posted up and you can't say the same for J.R. Carter is a better passer and takes care of the ball a little bit better but recently I would even give the edge to J.R. in that category as well. J.R. is simply the better player, our record with Carter is atrocious for a potential playoff team it's so obvious it isn't working we need a change.

20 more games and they will both be gone, although I would like to see us resign JR, but AC can go find his payday somewhere else.

Just want to throw my two cents in here and say I think having Anthony Carter as your main point guard is a killer. I've never thought he was any good.....

Good luck the rest of the season. Do the Jazz a favor and beat the rest of the contenders. Thanks....

AI at point is always a disaster, its bad enough that he hogs the ball as much as he does at shooting guard.

JR has the worse shot selection in the NBA which is why George Karl hates him. If JR had any basketball IQ he could be one of the best shooting guards in the league.

It doesnt really matter if JR starts or not he's gonna get the same amount of minutes because George really cant stand him one bit, which is prolly why AC is seeing so much time this year.

AC has to play out of his mind every game to hit the level we need him at.

JR playing out of his mind is amazing, but on a back-to-back, JR can still play better man-to-man than AC. The one thing AC has a leg up on is experience.
