Kaman Out for Season = Easy Game vs Clippers?

He is
ugly, he looks like
amish people, he averages
15.7ppg/12.7rpg/2.8bpg and he is...
INJURED!
The Clippers play through a heavily injury bugged season. Now their maybe most important player (after Elton Brand) is injured too. Good for us because we face them in a week.
BUT! didn't we play horrible against undermanned teams who lost their best players due to injuries? didn't we lost all of those matches? so i wonder if this will be an easier or an even tougher game because we play an undermanned team? we seem to underestimate many teams who own losing records this season.

I just dont see any way they have the players to beat us. Unless they are hiding something. Maybe if Maggette goes nuts and gets like 60 pts.
On the other hand this does look like the kind of trap the Nuggets have fell into many times before. If the Nuggets think they can blow this one off then who knows, some scrub could come off of the end of the bench and light us up for 25 or something.
There hasnt been one game this year (especially on the road) that i could comfortably say... easy win, no problem.
Hopefully they carry this sense of urgency through this upcoming "softer" part of the schedule

This is exactly the kind of thinking that gets the Nugs in trouble.
STFU.

kaman dominates camby, and kmart for that matter.
i'd rather brand play against us than the caveman.
should probably belong in the game thread though. sorry for not having it up earlier.

I'd rather have Kaman and Brand both healthy. Not because they're worse with them, but because every other team Denver is in the race against for a better playoff spot also has to play them at least once, and some (Dallas I believe) twice.

I don't see Clippers winning this one/ we surrendering this one for that matter.
Thornton will try to score 40 on us though... and although it's sad cause he's a rookie I could see it happening.
I could score 20 against the Nuggets.

Brand is back, but he hasn't played in a while, so I don't expect him to get a 20-10 night and make a big difference in the game, however Thornton can hurt us along with Maggette.

The Clippers always seem to give us a game. I am not over looking this team and I hope the Nuggets don't either. They still have a few guys on that team that can get hot. Plus, it is a road game.

Without Kaman theres no inside presence. But Thornton will be a problem. But still very manageable for the Nuggets to get a win.

Elton Brand is back and he put up some nice numbers in his first game. He is a presence down low.

Isn't this old news? When was the last time Kaman even suited up?
