K-Mart suspended Sat. vs. Kings....

Post#1 » by JRmakes_it_rain » Thu Apr 3, 2008 10:03 pm

Apparently K-Mart exceeded his spending limit with flagrant fouls, and will be forced to sit out against the Kings. Although I'd rather it be the Supersonics game, this would be a great chance to mix Nene in for 20 mins or so. Wish Camby could serve it for him though...

yeah....real bad timing....but the good news is that Eddie should be able to contain either Mikki Moore or Brad Miller....with Camby on whichever of the two chooses to stand on the perimeter. Lets just hope that Karl doesn't go off and decide to start Kleiza and play him 30plus minutes....would be a great chance for Nene to get his feet wet a little more with the likes of Brad Miller...or Mikki....might be a blessing in disguise since we're gonna need Nene to make a run in the playoffs.

I think the Nuggets may also be able to challenge it which you may see them do by Saturday.

Uh....Diaw was pushing Kenyon in the left buttock, in the no contact zone.

Bad call ref.

What would you do to regain your balance? I mean, we're talking laid out on his face on the floor if he doesn't reach back for balance..

i love (or hate) how diaw looks like he just got shot in the chest. his whole body just collapses, arms splayed out to the side, feet planted with no attempt to regain balance.

then diawara gets two teeth knocked out by the elbow of a 350lb man...and he's still standing in the same spot.

bad call no matter how you look at it.....I don't see the league changing there mind on this issue though...that would open up a whole other debate, that they wouldn't want to deal with.

Yeah.....as long as you go for the ball and don't look at the guy you're defending you can run into him full force just inside the half circle.

The debate is how well Diaw would do in a limbo competition. Check that slow mo. Diaw is limboing all the way back out of the restricted area.

I wish basketball would invoke a rule similar to hockey that would pentalize these guys for flopping......maybe come up with a flop scale that does the same thing as the flagrant scale....5 flops and you're suspended a game.

Or five flops and you got to sit out the game......from center court, on your back, staring at the rafters as the players play over you.

jesus christ. I have to be the only one with different opinion again?

It was Kenyon Martin. So yes, it WAS intentional. He has these kind of "accidents" several times every year.

I like Nuggets has at least one dirty player. That's a good thing. Then there is no reason to justify him when he reaches into opponent's face. But I remember you wrote the same after that nasty faul against Bobcats

And Diaw is cowardly clown, that's another story.

LETS GO SACRAMENTO!!!

I'm pretty sure Denver is gonna take this, but Sacramento has been pretty stoked about eliminating playoff hopes the pass few years.
