There's 5 games left in regulation. This is still the crew we have for this season. What can they do to adjust and win these last 5 games?

Denver always struggle against the Clippers and the Warriors game will be tough.

I agree that people need to just stay positive...I know it is hard and frustrating...but as fans, try to send postitive energy to that team because they need it right now. Don't keep saying they are going to lose. I still have hope for them, but they honastly need to search within themselves.

Positive, negative...whatever. One thing we can all agree on is Nuggets suck.

That's what I'm talking about. They do need to sharpen up and search within - that's their job. That talent's in there somewhere. As a fan that's been dedicated this long through this unusual season and who has seen first hand what support for this team will do, I just refuse to give up now on that.

How the **** we going to send a positive energy through a message board? This isn't a damn movie.
Ways to win
1. Play defense.
2. A.I soul either returns to A.I or A.I. take 0 shots and pass the ball to Carmelo
3. Let Carmelo run the point. He need the ball at all times, seeing that he's the only one that cares. Tonight and the Kings game, we were effective with him bringing the ball up. Need to stay with it.
4. One of us poison Karl's cough drops. Hopefully he get sick, don't show up, and AC don't play long.

Haha. That would be interesting if we could. But what I'm talking about is just general discussion. Fans talk s***, fans read s***, it gets ugly, no one wants to spend time getting into the Nuggets, ....it's like the ripple in the water it gets out there.
But for the purposes of this board, I'm just talking about staying positive. I mean we're talking about getting Nene out on the court. For a team to survive almost losing a guy to cancer and have a chance at this kind of playoff race. I mean we can talk about that and keep it positive.

Cut LK......Fire Karl.....send AC to the D league......start the best five.....hire a hot dog vendor to coach the team....oh, get a plastic bubble for Nene.....and I'm sure raise season ticket prices again.

A better question is how would you send positive energy through a movie?

Anyhow, this board won't be positive anyway as long as you and a few others are around.

By continuing to say "our team sucks" (although they are 16 games above .500 and have some of the best players in the league on it) or saying "we won't make it" blah blah blah...all your doing is wishing negativity on your own team. Use commen sense. If you don't think they will make it, then they won't... and if they don't, don't come back angry because you already said they were'nt going to make it in the first place, so why act surprised? I for one, hope they make it and wish them luck.

I'm staying positive. But sometimes it's hard to do so when you lose to the Kings and Sonics. Especially the Sonics

Here's a "positive nugget" for you guys. After this year Karl will no longer coach this team and he can go write a book "How to suck cough drops so hard you no longer give a damn about winning or losing". Maybe we can get someone in here who can coach defense.

The book he would write would be titled How starting two midget guards is the right decison for your team or Charcater players will win you games even if they suck.

The positives of missing the playoffs:
1. Next season they'll be super hungry... sorta like the Rockets now. They'll know what it takes to make the playoffs now and win a championship and realise that they can't slack all about.
2. Lottery pick. pick 14 i believe?? that is darn high, and it's going to a 50 win team. They can draft a point guard (all of the rookies in the draft class are better than Anthony Carter anyway) who could turn out to be a star. Sorta like Luis Scola. Westbrook and Collision are the ones they should hope for.
3. They'll make offseason moves. IT's unbelivable how they didn't do the Artest and Najera for Artest trade and chose to sit on 'team chemistry.' Well looks like they're arse has been shot now hasnt it? This time they'll make every move to improve. I can see them opening up discussion for Artest again, but instead of Najera they might put Camby instead. And Camby is an overatted turd. Attempts too many blocks to leave other shooters and his man open. Absolutely no offensive awareness as well. Only Melo, AI, and JR Smith should be the untouchables. Everyone else can be trade bait.
4. The most important point. George Karl gets his arse fired. That is almost as good as getting the first pick in the draft. George Karl is the laziest coach and probably the worst coach in the NBA. Also firing Karl means: the team plays consistently every game; a coach who actually uses timeouts; a coach who doesn't blame every loss on JR Smith and praise the hell out of Kleiza and Anthony Carter.
5. With George Karl gone, means Anthony Carter gets his arse sent back to Europe. No other team will offer him a contract... well maybe preseason camp.

Its no positive missing the playoffs. None at all.
