I will send Melo+Najera and the pick(or AC/Atkins) to New Jersey for Jefferson and Harris
Jefferson has a short contract left (i guess) and Harris is a future good PG.

New Jersey make carter and melo together with Krstic

and Denver

Harris
AI
Jeffeson
Camby
KM

Bench: JR-Nene

If it does not go next year AI so large cap space for a new superstar.

or
give Melo + Camby + AC for Jefferson and Harris
and Sign Okafor since he will be free agent this summer.

Harris
AI
Jefferson
Okafor
KM

what do you think

I would trade AI for anything as long as he takes Stephano with him.

No thanks. Melo has too much talent to trade at 24.

We are keeping Melo it's not anything against AI, it's what is best for the team. He is a top 5 scorer and he hasn't even hit his prime yet.

Im confident that McGrady wont be traded but if he was, Denver would be an ideal destination for him IMO.
With his great playmaking skills he could maximize the talents of Melo and the rest of the roster. That would mean goodbye AI though, and I dont think the ROX would go after a shoot first PG. However the thought of Tmac, Melo, Camby and Martin would be pretty damn good with the right coach.

t-mac is less of a playmaker than AI and his defense is just as suspect.

Ummm have you watched McGrady play? Like EVER? Dude is one of the best playmakers in the game, the last 3 years he has been the one creating Houstons offense.
Watch McGrady sometime you will see he can defend when he wants to, under JVG his defence was great, this year not so much but he has to move alot more and his knee injury hasnt helped him.
