As melo's future agent lol, i can tell you that his current agent has put out a statement saying that all rumors about melo being traded and that the nuggets front office has even said that he wont be, so really there should be no more talks about it. I realize that this mite supposed to be in a trade forum thing, but i figured people seeing this may stop the stupid trade post that will never happen.

This news has been out for a while, but hopefully others will see it, who haven't heard it.

Though the FO really should have put a stop to these rumors right away.

Thank You! at least you understood what i was doing it for. And I agree, they should have, but probably they couldnt decide who should put the news out since theres no GM just like 5 co-(not)-GM's.

Why the hell would the FO tell Melo and his agent that they are trying to trade him? The last thing they want is to piss Melo off without a done deal in their pocket. The Agent doesn't really know much more than we do. Don't be so naive.

Agents will say whatever they can to keep bad media off their players, and the FO would most likely not tell a player about trade talks they are having as nothing is guaranteed to happen, and when rumors get out they can really effect a players game (such as the "kobe trade" that shook up the Bulls)

Wow, some days I think there is no way people could spell or use worse grammar in their posts. Sentences are not supposed to be 120 words long 'Dawg'. I am not sure if at least half the posters on RealGM are older than 10. Sometimes I think I Get a brain anyuerism reading some of these posts trying to figure out what these people are saying.

If you can't take criticism for writing stupid posts, don't bother posting on forums.

The truth is agents don't know much more than we do when it comes to what a team is doing with their players, so an agent saying that has about as much credibility as me saying Carmelo won't be traded.

I'll do and say as I please, and stupid criticism for me not using periods, etc, is absolutely pointless. Sorry to tell you!
