OT - Mari jay legalized in Denver

it's from a long time ago "11/03/05"
and we all know that (in reality, on controversial issues) state & federal law supersedes local law, so voting to legalize marijuana means nothing on a local level...you'll still be arrested for it.
i'm not feeling it.
