Man, I want to see Birdman and Balk's D and hustle again... I never thought I'd be excited to see anyone play D or hustle... but it's nice to see players do it for the team you root for. Something I'd pay to watch.

I think the problem really has to do with Anthony Carter not getting enough touches/shots. We need to draw up more plays for him.

his shooting mechanics are flawless, we need to take more advantage of that.

looks like melo's in for wednesdays game.
"I'm good now," Anthony said. "I'm back. I'm looking forward to it, just getting out there on the court and playing with these guys in a real game situation."
The injury, officially a bruised ring finger on his left hand, occurred late last week in practice when a teammate slapped down on Anthony's hand. Initially, the Nuggets forward thought it was much worse than it turned out to be.
"I couldn't move it, I thought it was broke," Anthony said. "The X-rays gave me some good news."
now i'm definitely going.

I agree, the other thing is that he needs more minutes, imagine what he could do with 38 minutes per game.

^^^ I think you guys are onto something with AC and his minutes. Is 38 minutes enough though? A pg with his skill set is difficult to replace. If we can somehow figure out a way to get him those 38+ minutes a night, we could be looking at our all-star this season.

AI and Melo should be available for this one. This might be the only time this year that we are close to having a full squad against the Jazz.

Hey neighbors!
Glad we get to see you so early this year, and again in just a couple of weeks for opening night.
Good luck, now burn in hell you bastards!!!

Deron is killing... your team is draining shots from everywhere.
Does anyone have stream?

In an unrelated news, Von Wafer is looking like an all star in Houston

If Balkman doesn't get more minutes in the regular season I think my brain will explode.

nene was out because of an elbow contusion from practice, birdman out for a calf injury and AI out with a banged up left knee. ruben patterson with a technical to force overtime. nuggets basketball is back!

so when do we raise the division banner?
.
kleiza looked terrible with the exception of a timely 3 and a putback.
melo looked far more focused on defense then he usually does in a denver uniform...but could have distributed much more.
carter is so terrible i find it difficult to watch.
ruben patterson should be cut for being so stupid.
i expected to get killed on the boards, and it seemed like we were. but stats say the short lineup held their own.
jr was decent. could have shot better, but can't complain about his selection.

We were without Nene, Birdman, no wonder we were killed on the boards...
Can we talk with Golden State about Brandan Wright? Kid is beasting now... on both ends. I'd trade AI to get him.

rebounding was even. utah was one of the best rebounding teams in the league last year.
