Shut down Duncan, Finley and should be a win.
Also, Mason is playing well and looks like Pop is trusting him.
Lets make it 4 in a row!

corona's only going to the hot tub this time because he is dreaming of rubbing butter all over Manu Ginobili's bald spot.

Corona's gotta be looking like Yoda at this point. He's been in the tub for damn near a week.

how big of a win would this be...we were 2 pt favs...down to 1 pt dogs but thats not bad considering we are AT san antonio and the 2nd of a back to back. any other year we are 10 pt dogs.

The rested starters should be a huge help.

*Duncan's going to get his, but Nene needs to make him work for them, and stay out of foul trouble.
*Contesting 3's is a must. Can't let Finely has a career night (when does he not against Denver?) Luckily, we have a our defensive forces in Dahntay Jones and Anthony Carter...
*Carmelo Anthony: Can you please not settle for jumpshots? Your shooting percentage is horrible. Get to the free throw line, post up whatever hack defensive player is guarding you, and quit being such an easy guy to defend. You're one of the best scorers in the league, act like it.

As long as we keep winning you are going to have to stay in that thing. Is it full of beer or what? If we start losing and the hot tub thing persists, I might be tempted to go get a hot tub hunting permit, so I can tag and bag a hot tub.

I haven't posted in a minute but i've been keeping track of the Denver's new #7. Here's an example of why we are/will be better post trade.

AI had had 23 pts on 16 shots
Billups had 22 pts on 8 shots

Now this won't happen every night but it's an example of how much more efficient Billups is, he contributes to the team without taking away shots from other players. Great deal for Denver.

Looks like the Front Office knew how to play chess. Most of us knew moving Camby wasn't gonna kill us but i'm surprised how much our D has improved. We've played soft teams lately but I think the trend will continue.

Another solid win. It's never easy going into San Antonio on the 2nd of a b2b.

I'm pumped for the game friday in LA, should be a good one.

so did everyone leave with iverson?

or did people only come to see the fantastic, complex game threads?

what's the deal?

seems like we have 7 fans now.

A lot of people left with AI. Apparently there isn't a big contingent of Chauncey fans who follow him around wherever he goes.

not much to discuss when everybody basically agrees on everything.

Most of those guys were already here, yet they were never so obnoxious towards the Pistons as other peoples fans have been on here.

It's early in the year, the team is achieving about on-par with what is it expected - maybe a little better - George Karl still sucks, no one has gotten hurt yet, and other than Melo's underperformance, everything is about as expected.

Melo is passing, rebounding, and playing defense. His shooting percentage is down, but I wouldn't call him underperforming, considing the other areas of his game.
