maybe its just me, but i don't think its very funny.

"Tired of the lacklustre effort and injury-prone nature of his players, George Karl quits coaching to create the perfect monster."

What? That's about a year late... the rest is just mildly offensive.

Yeah, that wasn't in the least bit funny. I don't even understand the point of this either. What does this have to do with Karl anyway? Apparently the Nuggets suck, so he quits and I guess he is a terrible person, so he wants to dig up the graves of dead basketball stars, chop them up, and glue them back together to make a new player? Umm right. And for what reason? The guy goes to Duke for some reason that isn't explained...and then gets draft by the Bobcats and they regret the pick.

My best guess for the reason of this (Please Use More Appropriate Word) thing: We played the Bobcats Friday(although we crushed them, so I don't see where the first part comes in about the Nuggets sucking and Karl wanting to quit). Karl and Brown are both UNC alumni, so the Duke thing has something to do with that. The Bobcats suck at drafting, and get screwed over again.

I still don't understand the point though, and I really don't think there is one. I guess they were trying to be funny...but that was an epic failure too.

Well, the monster was scouted by the Tar Heels, and USC, and UCLA, but all of them had strong frontcourts, and besides Karl and his monster were really impressed by the program at Duke, and thought he'd get more playing time there.

Hmm, I wonder why mariamaria and PRINCESS_Sarah seem to be completely on the same page, even though nobody else is.

Feel free to just use one account in the future.

why act so surprised? it's not even hard to find out.

the whole thing doesn't even make sense. if you're creating a basketball frankenstein....why not use players that were actually good....like wilt chamberlain. karl would never let his player go to a duke program....its unc or bust. the illustrations are good...but the whole storyline makes me go "wtf and say why?"
