Get another at home, and head to Dallas up 2-0. That's what we need to happen.

Keep being aggressive and physical with Dallas - they're shying away from contact, and if we can keep it that way, we should win the series.

Yep. Aggressive and physical. One thing I want to see us do better on is rebounding.

Gotta protect home court. Stay physical, stay aggressive and it shouldn't be a problem. Just keep doing what we've been doing all playoffs long. And I love what Melo has been doing lately, he's been able to get to the rim at will. Just need to stay out of foul trouble.

Game 2 is always the most pivotal of the series. Very few teams ever come back from being down 0-2, regardless of whether they're the road or home team. At the same time, you obviously want to keep home court. It's crazy how you can go from having a huge 2-0 advantage with a win, to losing your advantage completely with a loss.

With the way we've played lately(14 straight wins at home), it's hard to imagine us losing tomorrow....but you can't get cocky. And that's what I love most about this team right now. In year's past, anytime we would go on a winning steak or even get up big on a team during a game, we'd get way overconfident, to the point of cockiness, and stop playing our game. Now, they're much more focused and humble(that's the biggest thing CB has brought). Mental toughness is as important as anything in the playoffs(see the Spurs).

Stay strong in the paint on both ends. They have nobody who can hope to guard Nene. Take advantage of every mismatch, which we have many.

I'll be watching this one in the library. *** finals.

I expect Dallas to come out and try to match our level of physical play, maybe with one of them taking a hard foul on one of our big guns. And because of all the gripe about the lopsided foul calls and free throw attempts in game 1, I'd be pretty surprised if we end up with the same edge in game 2. Contain Dirk, keep beatin' him up, REBOUND and we should get the win.

The goal here is to hold homecourt. Watch the adjustments Dallas makes, Kidd makes, if any, and don't forget to adjust to those changes. Remain aggressive, because this series doesn't go to anyone who doesn't want it.

Who knows, maybe it's a good omen. I mean, Chuck has always been one of our biggest haters these past few years, and we haven't done ****. Maybe all we need to succeed is his blessing. The guy just may be a prophet, albeit of the crazy illogical, fatass SOB variety...but a prophet nonetheless. Or at least we can hope.

Was it good or was it bad? I'm more concerned the refs will hold a grudge after what Karl said about Martin's flagrant. Every time he speaks up the refs react.

Karl's comments really had nothing to do with the refs though. He probably had no problem with the technical foul that was called during the game by the refs themselves. The only problem anyone has had with the situation is the league changing that play to a flagrant and then fining him on top of it.....which is ridiculous.

Not that you guys said, but I basically said the same thing before the playoffs even started. Almost, but not quite. I predicted a LeBron/Carmelo Finals matchup (don't shoot the messenger, but I had Cleveland winning).

I am a big fan (for this year's playoffs. After that, its back to the Wolves).

Am I seeing correctly that it's TNT or bust for the game tonight? I always watch TNT anyway because of the much better picture quality, but I don't want to miss the entire first half, as has happened a few times in these playoffs.

True....but he mocked the NBA "amazing" campaign, which I'm sure David Stern would not be too happy about. When Stern's unhappy.....
