Poll: What gaps do you think still exist?
We've lost and gained some players and ready to take on an even tougher division. Where do you think we still need reinforcement?

The obvious answer is a spot shooter ala Kleiza which I'd be surprised if they don't sign Sczcerbiak, but I voted Other because I think the Nuggets could really benefit from a veteran Center/PF with great knowledge of the game.

I think a half decent 7 footer would be much more useful then a shooter for us at the moment. Malik Allen isn't the answer and it was Kobe and the Lakers overall length that cut us up on the defensive end. Nene. K-Mart and Bird did what they could but when your opponent has 4-5 inches on you, it's going to be tough.

Another shooter and a legit big man who can rebound and box out. Hopefully Petro can grow to be the latter.

I think the shooter part is okay enough, but agree on the big man who rebounds. I picked other because of rebounding.

^We still need a shooter, there's some nights when Billups can't hit anything and it's contagious to the rest of the team, then J.R. goes cold and nobody can shoot. In Game 2 vs Lakers, Kleiza saved us... without Kleiza we wouldn't have won. He stepped in in time when we were all cold. Now he's gone, we need another shooter, someone who is more consistent.
And I hope the big is someone who can stay healthy but also someone who George Karl will actually use and give Nene and KMart good rest every game.

Afflalo shot 40% from 3 last year. Lawson has some range on his shot, so even though the nuggets lost Kleiza they gained gained AA and Ty.
