Nuggets/Jazz Preseason

Post#1 » by eathy » Fri Oct 2, 2009 1:44 am

First Q just ended... lol every1 is sloppy as hell.

Going by box scores:
- Afflalo started :O, seems good.
- No JR Smith...
- AC was the first sub. And he's still ****.

I don't think there's video streaming... just boxscores and radio.

Boxscores suggest that Balkman and James White seem capable to replace LK.

Balkman should be more than capable to replace LK's minutes. What we'll probably get are a lot more tracked down rebounds - as long as Balky can get it back to a scorer it'll actually address a slight rebounding need.

Carter.....lol as long as he doesn't inbound the ball to the opposition we should be fine. Just keep Ty healthy and it'll all work out.

put the ball in the basket like this

Reason for JR not playing: http://nba.fanhouse.com/2009/10/01/j-r- ... on-opener/

Jazz spanked the Nuggets... oh well.

Going by box scores:
- Seems like Petro tried to do too much.
- Nene foul prone as usual.
- 0 blocks for Bird :O
- Anthony Carter didn't score a single point against the scrub units of the Jazz. Still turns the ball over too much.
- Ty Lawson took 10 minutes less to outscore Carter.
- Malik Allen had good shooting stats... -17 wtf?
- Awesome stats by Balkman and White who should be Melo's backup.

Starters didn't do much but it looks like the bench bigs played well. The Post said K-Mart wasn't gonna play but does anyone know why JR wasn't with the team?...nevermind (Thanks Eathy)

Looked like Karl was using preseason games to try-out everyone. Balanced mins throughout the whole squad. Ty needed half the mins to outscore AC. Liked the idea Karl had except giving 11 mins to Lawson, HE NEEDS MORE TIME!

Looks like you guys will have a terrible season and most likely miss the playoffs.

Looks like you're desperately searching for some kind of hope to cling to, if you're basing anything off of the first preseason game.

Some one is in a wrong turf. Are you lost like your team? Preseason games, it's a warm up dude.
