Nuggets/Wolves Preseason

Post#1 » by MHZ » Wed Oct 21, 2009 3:36 am

About two minutes left. Melo apparently is taking it easy on Minny tonight. Only 24 in 22 minutes rather than 33 in a quarter or something.

Looks like Afflalo had a nice night. 20 points, and a +34.

10-8-6 for Lawson. Also four steals. Finally got a few minutes. Showing Flynn the rookie PG they should have kept.

Joey Graham starting again... :banghead:

Some crazy +/- numbers. Birdman +31 AA +27....but player of the game goes to Ramon Sessions, In 19:11 he was -38.

Nice game! Wonder if Karl finally will see that Ty is ready to be unleashed. JUST GIVE HIM THE CHANCE!!! All we all would ask.

AA is definite choice to fill in starting SG if not J.R Smith whose maturity is in good progress & possible to become disciplined attacker 1, play maker 2, & sharp shooter 3 for us this year. LIKE MARC JACKSON SAID: This is not the J.R Smith i know. it is a brand new version!

Melo man got this game coming to him. His shooting gotten lethal!

Billups is THE MAN! No Q bout it! I just hope dude is built tough to last couple more years & then we got to buckle him down as coach here!

To All Fellow DENVER NUGGETS fans: We have waited too long for this revolution. Let's enjoy the game!!!

Ty Lawson, very encouraging. He is super quick, great court vision and active hands on defense. He needs to have performances like this consistently in order to push AC out of the rotation towards the end of the season.

Carmelo has been pretty efficient in limited minutes it seems. If he carries that form over to the regular season in terms of scoring, he could lead the league no doubt.

Afflalo hopefully can keep hitting that corner three into the season. Would really spread the floor.

All looking good but as usual, it's just pre-season but the Nuggets are looking great as a team.

May we add another prediction to the prediction contest? That Graham will start in more games than AC?
