I would love Gortat, but not with Johnson.

But ya like Carona and the wiretap have said, i don't see us moving JR. His passing ability and 3pt shooting is essential to the Nuggets success.

I'd rather have Bass than Gortat personally. Also, we have enough PGs already so Johnson doesn't really provide much. If were trading JR, would need to get back a SG as well as a big.

LOL I know. But if we traded him for a SG and a big from Orlando, I think I'd want Gortat and Pietrus back rather than AJ or Reddick...better defender, can hit the three, and can sometimes even create his own shot...

But I'm with you, no trading JR. If we can get a decent backup big for any combo of Balkman/Allen/Petro, I'm for it....

Idk but if the magic were dumb enough to offer us gortat/pietrus for that package i would be all over it

Actually, looking at how not so well Pietrus plays off the bench this year, this would be more appealing.

Bass/Reddick/Barnes for JR/Allen.

Of course I never seen the Magic agreeing to that. Definitely think I'd rather have Bass over Gortat. When he played center with Dallas I think that stats were decent, but on Denver he'd mostly be Kmart's backup and his contract is better. Barnes to backup Melo and Reddick to backup AA.

This would be good deal. Any deal to get that Allen trash out of here is a good deal.
