How does ranking work, and how do you set up you profile picture and everything?

Not sure what you mean by ranking. Ballboy, etc. is just related to # of posts. It's meaningless. Go to User Control Panel (above left), then Profile to change avatar, etc.

Everytime you say the words: Nene/Allstar Game/superstar, your post will count like +10, that´s why im a senior over here.

So does something like this up my post count 30?
I wish Nene would have traveled to the all star game, so that he could have found a real superstar to kick him in the ass and learn how to play with intensity every game. As obviously he is not listening to the stars we have on the Nuggets.
