This might be where they really miss K-Mart. He usually dominates West physically.

That was slightly painful to watch. I'm just happy they got a win. Nice to see the Nuggets dominate on the glass for a change.
AC -5
Malik Allen -4
Shocker. Our bench just honestly isn't good without Ty. That lineup they play in the second quarter, I'll say again, is **** horrible for a contender.

This is a championship caliber team win.
I've long prayed

for a big man who can box out and rebound for us... so far, it's been answered by unlikely George Karl's hate boy, Johan Petro. 10 and 10 in 24 mins is awesome. The upside of Karl missing the next 2 games is Petro will continue to play and hopefully he can put some stats for George to see. If he can average 10 rpg, I hope Karl can use him in his rotation in the playoffs. I'm loving Frenchie's length and boxing out job so far. He also catches the ball and can finish a little bit... that's extra points.
The only complaint I have for today is the Lakers also won.

Honestly, the Nuggets aren't catching the Lakers. At this point, I'd just assume they beat the other West playoff teams to keep them away from the Nuggets in the standings.

Well so many mistakes, so many turnovers.....and yet Petro, Nene and Melo all with double doubles?
I'd say this is a good barometer......the mistakes went up but so did the hard work and perseverance to respond to those mistakes. Very good sign.
