You're confused. It's not the ALCS yet.

Ugly

Sad way to see a nice season end, doesn't feel right with everything that's gone wrong.

Get 'em next year halos.

This game is over. It would be pretty crazy if every single divisional series ends in a sweep.

Yeah, so its safe to say the Angels probably need to revamp their starting pitching staff (with just Escobar and Weaver in the rotation, who is their 3rd, 4th, and 5th starters?). I'd probably put Reggie in the outfield full time, and try to find a power bat to put in the middle of that lineup. Honestly, the Angels have some work to do if they want to make it back next year. Seattle is only going to get better, and you'd reckon the Athletics will come back strong next season.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

Manny is still in Fenway, at home plate with his arms up.
That guy you saw today was Doug Mirabelli in a Manny costume.
I got that second picture from a time traveler who took it next Friday.

That's insane.

He's deserving everything he's getting right now.

Well, I don't know if you just left out Lackey on accident or on purpose. But yeah, they need a new four and five starter.

And no to Reggie being in the outfield full-time. He's great at drawing walks, bunting, and other little things, but he is a liability on the field. He takes bad routes and he has no arm. This team needs power.

Forgot about Lackey! Sorry about that, completely forgot him. I kept thinking Santana, Colon, Escobar and Weaver but left him out. Yeah, they've got a nice trio of pitchers, but a 4th and 5th pitcher is a necessity, unless they are putting Ervin in the rotation again. How about a guy like Livian Hernandez?

David Ortiz in this series: .714/.846/1.571

That's batting average/on base/slugging.

If Mike Scioscia has a brain, he'll use it and start Wood at third base every day next year.

The ALCS isn't going to be on TBS, so no Jose.

Sure, but that's still unreal even if it's just 13 plate appearances.

714 is also the area code Alex Rodriguez will be playing in next year.
