Toronto was third in ERA last season, and the staff would likely be even better against the weaker offensive squads of the NL. If we're going by last year, I'd say Toronto would have been in a dead heat if the NL East, would have won the NL Central by a few games, and finished third in the NL West.

Next year, though, I don't expect the team to pitch nearly as well...it's questionable whether Toronto would make the playoffs in any division.
