That's an outfield wall drill from the beginning of spring training. He said he knew that they were going to use that picture on him too.

Anyways Braun anD Weeks with homers off of King Felix today. Brewers losing 5-2 in the 9th though.

Today, Liriano and Buchholz will have an epic ST duel in the 1st ever matchup of guys that are already locks for the HOF despite having thrown less than 150 IP combined.

Too bad NESN and ESPN put Tim Wakefield's starts on TV instead of this one.

It turns out Clay Buchholz thought this epic ST duel was the home run derby instead and he allowed 2 bombs in the 1st.

Rumors are floating around that Rocco Baldelli may have a muscle disease.

He was left off the travel squad and has yet to play in the field.

The rumored disease prevents muscles from healing and returning to normal.

Take all of this with a grain of salt, but if true, certainly ends Rocco's season and possibly career.

I hope the rumor is false.

Phil Hughes threw four great innings: 4 0 0 0 2 1 57 pitches/35 strikes. He walked two in the fourth inning as he appeared to tire a bit. But the Yankees left him in to get out of his own jam and he got Craig Monroe to ground out to end the inning.

Garza goes 4+ shutout innings against the Red Sox.

2nd straight rock solid performance.

Moose was perfect through 5 today, he looks pretty good so far this Spring.

His fastball is looking very sharp, and his curve/change are getting nastier with age.
