1) Where are you hearing that it's sounding more and more like Halladay is heading to Texas because every source I've read, it looks like Halladay is staying in Toronto.
2) Why wouldn't you want Roy Halladay? Unless they want Holland, Andrus, and more out of you.

i never said holland would be better than him, but if holland is a serviceable #2 or 3 then 6 years of him is better than 1.3 years of halladay when not only are we going to be giving up holland but also a top 5 hitting prospect in smoak (another 6 years) along with 2 or 3 other good prospects and it's not like we're a shoe in for a playoff spot, the angels are getting career years offensively from several different positions and wont f*cking lose despite average pitchers.

we have a chance to contend for multiple years beyond 2010 and that's despite having a sh*tty payroll b/c our owner is broke as sh*t

i suppose i shouldve prefaced, if i had to guess a team he's traded to. i hate the cost they'd give up for halladay b/c it's 2 top 25 prospects in the game along with probably 1 or 2 other top 100 prospects and if we take on his salary we may not be able to sign our top 2 draft picks.

our offense is in the sh*tter right now, we're better off buying low on nick johnson since the nats have 0 use for him (since he wont net a draft pick)
