This has got to be some sort of record...

If Dice-K comes back and pitches ok enough to get his spot in the rotation back

AND

Junichi Tazawa keeps up his decent starts since he was called up and he keeps his rotation spot (Buchholz gets bumped, has been very poor recently)

Red Sox would have four asian born pitchers on the staff:
Dice-K
Tazawa
Okajima
Saito

This has to be some sort of record, no? I mean... I think 3 could be a record?

Ummm Okie and Saito are doing just fine. And to be honest Tazawa gave them a nice win against the Yankees, which is a lot more than you can expect for a pitcher this point in his career. You know being his first professional season and all. And Dice will be back for September and will deal.

Okie- 4-0 2.70 era 1.14 whip .221 baa
Saito- 3-3 2 save 2.80 era 1.27 whip .227 baa

Man those guys sure have sucked. Comeback when you make some sort of sense.

^Well thats an interesting way to forget about $4M in bonuses Saito will get this year, the $1.8M bonus Tazawa got when he signed, and the $51M they had to pay just to talk to Matsuzaka.

But yeah, Tazawa should not be in the major leagues right now.

And Okajima has been well worth his contract, as will Tazawa most likely.
