Lucky break for the M's but I suppose it makes sense for Johjima. He made money here and will command a decent contract in Japan (supposedly he already has a $5 million a year offer on the table). So he takes a pay cut of 3 million per over the next two seasons but gets to go home, where he'll be guaranteed a starting job.
