Funny how AZ fans are starting to hate on the Giants, while SF fans couldn't care less about the DBacks compared to all the other teams in the division (and a lot out of the division as well).

I mean I agree, lol, Giants, but I felt that needed to be pointed out.

Jeff Kepp was a good trade.

True, forgot about that. Bet I wouldn't have if the other trades went better.

Where were you 3 months ago when the Dbags were struggling to keep up with the Giants, even though the Giants have lost 3 major players for large periods of time and eventually, the year? Look and see how many of the Giants have been on the DL this year, I dare you.

That being said, have fun getting kicked out of the playoffs by the Braves.

Well, I gotta give props were it's deserved. I hated the Beltran move, and hated him even more when he went on the DL and didn't do **** when we needed it most. That being said....Beltran is on absolute fire right now. I think he's hitting like .800 in September so far.

The Giants were the only team smart enough to realize that Beltran was worth a top prospect. It was a very good trade for them and a very good trade for the Mets - kudos all around to Sabean and Alderson.

Except now Beltran is gone, the Giants miss the playoffs and Wheeler is still a Met...

What does that mean? You don't think AZ will be a threat compared to LA, COL or SD over the next few years?

Anything can happen in the playoffs. This year the Dbacks beat Roy Halladay and Cliff Lee, they won the season series with Milwaukee and swept the Braves at home where'd they be playing 3/5 in a series. As you know 2 WAR guys like Cody Ross can all the sudden get hot and carry a lineup. Now we don't have the elite starting pitching SF did but pitching doesn't always win you a playoff series (Moneyball A's).
