Spot on.. I forgot about that douche some how.

I would take Johnny Damons arm over Jacque Jones.. Jones might be the worst player in baseball right now.

How about Shawn Green? Haven't seen much of him lately but back in his days as a Blue Jay he had a cannon.

Geoff Jenkins has always had a pretty strong and accurate arm too.

Soriano just picked up his 9th assist, he certainly deserves some recognition.

Vlad has the best arm in baseball, throwing a ball from RF to 3rd base on the fly is pretty amazing. Ichiro also has a cannon.

Alfonso Soriano should be on the list... he has a cannon and nails a lot of runners.

Yeah, I still remember that video of him throwing baseballs almost through the entire Yankee Stadium during warmups. Does anybody have that vid, it was just sick...

Just because someone has a lot of assists doesn't mean they have a good arm....see Ramirez, Manny

Guys if Soriano had a 'cannon' he would be a right fielder, they wouldn't stick him in center and left....two positions where you can somewhat hide an outfielders average arm.

Vlad has 3 assists, Ichiro 5. Because people are scared to run on them. Soriano hasn't scared anyone yet. Like I said before if his arm was so good they would have moved him to Right Field instead of Left and Center.

victorino's arm is very good...nailed delgado at home...delgado's slide was a joke but victorino put it on the 3rd base side on the fly iirc
