You got your wish, Quake. Donnie is out of LA.

Who replaces him?

Apparently LA offered him an extension but he passed on it and decided to resign

I like Bud Black right now.

Outside shot in the dark with minimal chance of happening.

You'll get a pass for this loss.
But the city of Chicago (again I live here) wont stand for another postseason L like that.

They've done it for 107 years, not sure why that's about to change.

Apparently there's two destinations Donnie is ending up in: Miami or New York.

If the family fires Girardi to replace him with Donnie, it'd be like replacing a car fire with a dumpster fire.

Mattingly is basically another Matt Williams. He may get another job but if you can't win with that payroll in LA then you can't win period.

I think the Jays win tonight but the Royals finish them off in Game 7 at home.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

And you can cue everybody saying, "it's not Mattingly's fault." Which I've seen a few people say about Matt Williams on other forums (the injuries)…just lol.

Like alright man.
1) "Not his fault" isn't a point of strength as a manager.
2) If you have a chance to get better somewhere you do it.

Do you want Mike Trout in CF for your team next year?
NO. It wasn't my CF's fault that we didn't win it all.

I'll admit my bias on the play as a Jays fan but I would love for MLB to amend the rule book to make any close play where a fan is involved with the ball still within the field of play to be voided as an inconclusive play.

holy hell.

Joey Bats with the monster shot.
then a rain delay.

Hey Latrell.
Just wanna let you know I still haven't wavered even though Price pitched what ended up being a mediocre game tonight. If no greinke, I'd take Price for sure.

I'd give him a solid B+ tonight. Really only made 2 mistakes. If this is indeed his last game as a BJ I don't think he lost any $$ in free agency.

Shotout to Quake Griffin for liking the James Shields deal ahead of the 2013 season.

Still paying dividends (Wade Davis).
Took a beating for that on here.
