I'd love to get the Nats forum going if you'd like to help Higga.

People are still paying attention to them?

Ahaha! I am, but that's because of Yoenis Cespedes.

Woot another Natties fan.

I was at the game yesterday. Down 5-0 early, my buddy turns to me and asks, do you wanna just dip out? But I had a feeling we had a comeback in us. Disappointing Strasburg got lit up though, he's usually lockdown at home especially against the Giants.

This could be a special season. I think we might actually be better than 2012. Asdrubal Cabrera got dinged up yesterday though, really hope he's okay. He's been awesome for us since we acquired him at the deadline and I do NOT want Espinosa starting again at 2B.

You guys are rolling! I would hate to play the Nationals in the postseason.

The A's traded for catcher Geovany Soto from the Texas Rangers for some cash. I don't know much about Soto or the reason for this Soto trade besides John Jaso is going to be on the DL for some time.

Not the 1st time Ive heard someone from their camp state they're the best team in baseball....i think Scott Hairston said it yesterday.

so yea...I do.
1) for the comp.
2) because I'd be hearing about how arrogant my $235 million team is if anybody from our bunch wolfed that....and that makes me [sports] unhappy.

I think Mike Trout is going to be the AL MVP, but Josh Donaldson will make it close. Great game tonight by Josh Donaldson and not bad for a average pitcher like Jeff Samardzija who pitched a good game

Dodgers/Nats would be a hell of a series. I like our chances but I'm sure you do too with Kershaw basically guaranteeing you at least 2 wins.

If the Braves can't do any better against the Mets they don't deserve to make the playoffs.

If the A's can't beat the Astros, they don't deserve to make the playoffs either :nonono:

Giancarlo Stanton becomes 3rd youngest player ever to reach 150 home runs. Would like to fast-forward 12-14 years from now. :)

He's the 10th youngest.

If anyone can, Stanton can. That guy is just a monster. Really hope the Fish trade him out of division.

Eh... Way too early to tell. I think A-Rod will get there since he's got 2-3 years left to contribute.

I'd like to see Stanton get to the 600-700 range, but he'd have to hit 40+ for the next decade, and that would mean he'd have to move into a hitter's park very soon.

Pujols has cooled too much. Miggy isn't really all about putting up massive homer numbers. Trout isn't that type of hitter.

Stanton is the only one who makes sense, but there could be someone who makes a case in the next couple years who piques our interest in that debate.

It's also a damn shame that Jose Fernandez got hurt. This Marlins club could possibly be challenging for the division with him out there.
