Calm down.

Clearly, you haven't watch the A's after Cespedes got traded. It's a whole different team now with no fire whatsoever. Brandon Moss and Derek Norris can't hit a baseball into the Pacific Ocean, Eric Sogard can't throw the baseball to the 1st baseman if there's a gun pointed to his head, and Ryan Cook can't even pitch an idea. This team is no different than the rest of the A's team. They just always end up choking. Oakland Chokers.

I can see by the box scores that they're struggling right now, but all I was saying is that there's a month left and teams, ya know, get better by tweaking their lineups and such.

By your original post, you sound like they just blew a 3-0 lead in the World Series. It's only September goddamn 1st.

This team is about to miss the playoffs if they have to play in a one Wild Card game against Felix Hernandez or Justin Verlander. It is a big "goddamn" deal if the A's don't win the AL West and get a guaranteed playoff spot.

The A's are just that bad. No disrespect to the Angels, but I didn't expect them to sweep the A's like that. 29 consecutive innings without a run and countless fielding errors.

Then you're just ignorant of the opponent. The Angels bullpen has been very good since acquiring Street(hell, since trading Frieri for Grilli) and their offense, with the AL MVP Trout, has been great all year.

But yeah, the A's are pretty bad since Kazmir has come back down to Earth.

I think you're grossly overreacting. If it were two weeks from now, I would understand, but give them those couple of weeks to either right the ship or completely sink it.

Also, I highly doubt the Tigers would start Verlander in that Wild Card game, if it comes down to it.

.500 ball since we 3-1d the Angels.

The Nats were the worst team we could have faced at this point down the stretch.

Soriano should not be closing anymore. He is terrible. That clown WILL cost us games in the playoffs. He's just too hittable.

Nats seem to be bouncing back after that sweep in Philly. Took 2/3 from Seattle including hammering King Felix. I don't understand how we get shut down by the likes of AJ Burnett but crush Felix Hernandez, but tha'ts baseball I guess.

Don't expect to beat Kershaw tonight, just hoping Fister keeps it close as he's been off the last couple starts.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Ignorant for not thinking the Angels are that good to swept the A's? Lighten up your butthole here. They're a good team and I never question that, but like I said, I didn't expect them to sweep the A's the way they did.

In a do or die one game for the Wild Card spot to end your season or go to the playoffs against the Oakland Athletics, Justin Verlander is 13-5 with a 2.18 ERA all-time record against the A's. Yea I highly doubt the Tigers would start Verlander

I really didn't expect the SF Giants to be back in the race for the NL West title. What's going on with the Dodgers? Bullpen? Hitting? Fielding? Starting Pitching?

Lighten up your butthole...? What are you 12 years old?

By reading your posts in this thread it sounds like you didnt expect a few things that have happened. Maybe spend some time educating yourself on baseball at the moment?

I think what he's trying to say is, yes the Angels are good, but the A's should be good enough not to be swept in a 4 game series by them

And I'm saying check the records since the break, its not that surprising. Either way, we can discuss it a little more mature than this butthole talk lol.

Yes, the Angels are hot, but a 4 game sweep over a team that was neck and neck in the division race is always surprising.

You sound like a guy that gets turned down by women and has to reached out to online dating because you so damn sensitive  There's no need to be name-calling, calling people ignorant, and so forth. This is a sport conversation.

Won't you stop overhyping and be so biased about your team? How about that? I said the Angels are good, but I didn't expect them to sweep the A's like that especially when the A's are one of the top teams in MLB. Then you get all defensive about it making it seem like I'm calling the Angel a crappy team or some sort. Won't you educate yourself of engaging and listening to other people about what they have to say instead of being all defensive and jumping to conclusion and calling people ignorant?

Stop being a little prick. First off, calling people ignorant for what? Because I don't call the Angel the almighty, greatest, Mike Trout the God, unbelievable baseball team of all-time? The Angels are a good team, but by no means the A's should get sweep like that. If you calling people ignorant for not worshipping your team, don't come back and making it seem like you the victim when clearly you can't handle a conversation. MAN UP!
