Monumental choke job by the Jays. With Estrada or Dickey up next game, the Rangers are going to tee off. Congrats Stud, the Rangers deserve to win. They played smart baseball instead of swinging for the fences on every pitch.

A few things, MLB officiating is easily as bad NBA if not worse.

Congrats to the Rangers though, they are outplaying the Jays. Playing smart playoff baseball. Great base-running, defense and bullpen pitching. That's how you get it done in the postseason.

That said , the Jays can easily rip off 3 in a row ,series ain't over yet.

Ump's strike zone was pretty unfair in that game.

what is this giving up bullsh*t? your offense has played like the 27 yankees the last 2 months, our starters outside of hamels are incosistent and we might be w/o our best player. declaring this series over is moronic

Optically it looked terrible because of some of the strike calls, especially against Tulowitzki at the end of the game. But overall that was by far one of the worst umpired games I have ever seen. The strikezone had absolutely no consistency within an inning let alone between innings. I'm sure MLB will do absolutely nothing to discipline Carapazza but it was honestly one of the most convincing pieces of evidence to advocate for pitch tracker to replace the home plate umpire calling balls and strikes.

Yea. We had that same guy a couple weeks ago and he was horrible. Didn't have a clue. And like you said, worst part in this game and any sport is these dudes are never ever disciplined or fired.

Why is that move allowed? Utley wasn't close to being in the baseline.

That was pretty bad. Could've at least tried to make it look like he wasn't going straight at his legs.
