Yankees bullpen. Uh Oh.

Youkilis and Pedroia were great. Heart and soul of this offense.

I'm not worried about the pen. Robertson is a G & will probably be the 8th inning guy at some point this season. Marte will get it together (battling an injury now). Joba kind of worries me & Chan HOE Park sucks.

It never should have gotten to that point last night. Everyone in Fenway could tell CC was done except Girardi & Posada. :x

You can't blame Girardi. CC was cruising until he blew up. When a guy gives up 1 hit through 5 you can't blame a late pull by the manager. Seemed Red Sox just were destroying him second time through the lineup... very surprised at the production down at the bottom of the lineup for Sox. Beltre, Cameron and Scutaro all came through. Encouraging for Red Sox fans.

With Big Mac as his hitting coach (not that he really needs one), he's going to have a monster year.

Jason Heyward. First at bat. Lays off a ball. Lays off another ball. Swings at a low-pitch strike. Home run.

I absolutely hate the Braves, but that sequence gave me chills.

Mario and Rod are really good announcers. Us Tigers fans are lucky.

Austin Jackson had a good debut. He had an RBI double to start a 6 run 7th inning and had a great defensive play by throwing out Jason Kendall at home plate from deep center field in the bottom of the same inning.

Sooooooo dirty, it's going to be hard to top that one. Konerko barehanding it just added to it.
